Separate Yourselves from the Poison

The Holy Spirit speaks:

My little children,

My little scattered flock; so attacked, so lulled into the slumber of indifference and unawareness.

Help those who are still asleep, My beloved ones. This is a part of your mission--to carry the burden of seeing and knowing, and the grief and sorrow this brings; and the duty to help My slumbering children to see and recognize the darkness and the uniqueness of this Hour.

Help My Priests, encourage them, pray for them.

Avail yourselves of their help in the measure in which they are able to recognize the present Hour and the poison that has infected My Church.

Remember that your God – Who loves you – knows what you are facing, knows your desire to remain faithful to Him, knows what you can and cannot do.

Trust that in His Mercy He provides the means to nourish your souls, even in the midst of darkness and confusion.

Through your FAITH, HUMILITY, and OBEDIENCE, He grants you all you need to remain faithful to Him.

BE AT PEACE.

Mission of Divine Mercy

The Week of August 10-14
No Public Activities at the Mission

Normally the Community takes the month of July off in order to rest, visit family, and work on special projects. This year due to our unusual circumstances, the Mission continued to operate as usual.

It has been a very demanding year. We are trying to arrange a few pockets for rest and special projects without disrupting the Mission’s apostolate, and missing as few Sundays as possible.

There will be no public activities the week of Aug. 10-14, no daily Masses or Holy Hour. However, Sunday Mass and Saturday’s Mass for the Solemnity of the Assumption will be celebrated as usual.

Community members will be making family visits at different times in the next few months, as family schedules allow.

MDM started encouraging people to pray "Jesus, I trust in You" ten times a day back in 2011. Recently we felt it was important to remind people to turn to Jesus with this simple, powerful prayer in a world that feels more and more out of control. We are suggesting 20 times, but some people find themselves repeating it hundreds of times. It reminds our troubled souls that GOD IS IN CONTROL.

Many of you have put your name on our growing list and have also left a comment or testimony. We ask that prayer intentions be placed at Prayer Request on our website.

I thank Jesus for giving us the Devotion of Divine Mercy, St Faustina for receiving it so faithfully and sharing it with the world, and St John Paul the Second for confirming Divine Mercy Sunday and canonizing St Faustina. I am writing to you from Spain, specifically from Guadalajara.

God bless you, Father Juan María Foster, Sister María Amapola, and all the members of your community. I carry you in my heart and in my prayers. May God bless you all for your faithfulness to Christ, for your courage, for spreading the messages you receive from Heaven even though it brings you numerous problems in this life.

Your witness is a light for many of us, as well as a confirmation of the "irregularities" that have been occurring at the highest levels of Church power for thirteen years now.

Please pray for me, because although I have returned to the Faith after many years away from God, I suffer very strong temptations daily. I suppose the darkness doesn't want to let go of me, now that I have recognized the Light and am trying to walk toward it.

My God, I know that I am carrying the cross of my sins, that if I endure suffering it is because You give me strength. I thank You for these very difficult situations that I experience because without them I would not have approached You. I beg You not to let go of me. Pray for me in my work. I am overwhelmed working in two Catholic parishes where I do not sense the shepherds have the heart of the Master shepherd and it makes it difficult and I know you understand. Pray for me to discern God's will if he wants me to stay or leave, thank you for your prayers and your ministry, you are in my prayers as well. God Bless you! Solomon feels overwhelmed by decisions and responsibilities. We can experience that also today, especially with all the confusion in the Church. But the reading today shows us a divine opportunity for a hidden treasure: a listening heart.
