INCOSE SOMD is getting active again! https://www.incose.org/ That means we're running monthly "Systems Engineering Forums". The forums are INCOSE events for all local systems engineers, but we're not checking ID or anything: anyone with an interest in systems engineering is welcome to stop by. Longer term, we're also looking for engineering-themed opportunities to get more engaged. Details to be determined, but please keep INCOSE in mind if something comes up. More info coming soon.

Aerospace Workforce: At Maryland Aerospace Day in February, one discussion point was workforce development for the aerospace industry in Maryland.  Industry representatives shared that they have positions that are hard to fill and would like to engage with Maryland Colleges and Universities to determine the best path to solve that problem with graduates from Maryland. To prepare us for future discussions between industry in the state and higher education, we've developed a survey, the full link is at the bottom of this email. Hoping for as many responses and will start to process the responses next week. Thanks so much for your help and please let me know if you have any questions. Aerospace Occupation Survey - Formstack
