🌎 Join Amber Liggett, MSEM, a communications specialist at NOAA's Climate Program Office, for a Thinking Thursday Webinar on climate and weather. As a science writer and public speaker with expertise in weather, climate, and emergency management, Amber will help Meteorology students understand the intersection of climate and weather, and their impact on our lives. She holds a B.S. in Meteorology and an M.S. in Emergency Management from Millersville University.
🔬 On this Thinking Thursday, Stephanie Wang, Science Olympiad Alum and Harvard student, will talk about Disease Detectives. As a past competitor in this event, Stephanie has a unique insight into what it takes to be ready to tackle this event on tournament day. She will answer questions and give some great event tips!
