Christian Brothers Conference is pleased to offer a Preconference for Communications Professionals prior to the Huether Lasallian Conference this November in St. Louis, Missouri. All who hold full- or part-time communications roles or have communications responsibilities in Lasallian schools and ministries are encouraged to attend. To help shape the event, those interested in attending should fill out this preconference survey. Input will be used to choose keynote speakers, breakout sessions and more.

Chief administrators, please share this survey with your communications staff. This is an excellent opportunity to offer your communications colleagues Lasallian formation and professional development. The survey closes May 30. Participants who complete the survey will be entered into a raffle for a free registration to the preconference. Thank you!

Registration for the Buttimer Institute of Lasallian Studies and the Lasallian Social Justice Institute (LSJI) closes this Friday, May 9. We are particularly looking for new registrants for Buttimer.

If you have staff members on the fence about signing up, please share this article with them about last year’s Buttimer experience. Our Buttimer webpage also provides in-depth information about the origins and course of study for the three-year program.

For those interested in attending LSJI, please register for the waitlist should spots become available, as they have in previous years. Read about last year’s LSJI experience here.

As the academic year comes to a close and you look ahead, consider further incorporating the 2025 Year of the Lasallian Spirituality into the next school year. Below are some Regional spirituality resources. We hope these will be helpful to you in planning your upcoming Orientation, Back to School Retreats and other programs.

Resources for Reflection and Dialogue

Each link below helps to unpack a Lasallian text. The reflection questions in each resource cater to the personal, introspective journey, providing direction for interior prayer and meditation. The dialogue prompts offer questions designed for small and large group discussions.
