Protect What You Love: Join Pick Up Pennsylvania!
Supporting the Ocean Conservancy's International Coastal Cleanup
September 1 - November 30
| FREE CLEANUP SUPPLIES AVAILABLE

Pick Up Pennsylvania, the state’s largest community cleanup initiative, is proudly part of the Ocean Conservancy’s International Coastal Cleanup. From city streets to rural streams, every piece of litter you remove helps protect wildlife, reduce pollution, and preserve the natural beauty of our state.

This spring, over 53,000 volunteers came together to remove 3.4 million pounds of trash and 9,906 tires from our environment. That’s incredible, but we’re just getting started. Let’s keep the momentum going. Grab a bag, rally your neighbors, and help keep Pennsylvania clean and beautiful.

Groups or individuals can register an event to get free supplies while they last, courtesy of PA Department of Environmental Protection, PA Department of Transportation and Ocean Conservancy. Learn more and register here!

Enter For a Chance to Win $500
All Pick Up Pennsylvania participants are eligible to enter
Pennsylvania Resources Council's GENE CAPALDI "LENS ON LITTER PHOTO CONTEST." This year a new BEFORE & AFTER category, sponsored by Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful, has been added to the contest. To qualify for this category, cleanup efforts must also be registered and reported with Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful’s Pick Up PA program. One adult and one student will each receive a $500 prize for their winning photo entries. The deadline to enter "Lens on Litter" is October 31. Learn more about rules and submissions.
