Appointment of Sarah Roberts as RIHEL Interim Executive Director

Dear RIHEL Family and Friends,

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Roberts as the Interim Executive Director of RIHEL, effective February 17. As we enter a crucial period of reflection and strategic planning, it is important that we carefully assess the evolving needs of our organization and determine the qualities and vision required in our next permanent Executive Director. Sarah will guide us through this transitional phase, ensuring continuity in leadership while allowing us the time to thoughtfully define our path forward.

Sarah has longstanding ties to RIHEL and a deep belief in the importance of its mission: she is a graduate of the Advanced Leadership Training Program (ALTP), Coaching Academy Mentor Coach, LIFE Events speaker, previous volunteer coach and former RIHEL board member. Sarah is an experienced and accomplished leadership consultant and executive coach with extensive executive and government experience. As the CEO of Clarity Matters Consulting LLC, Sarah leads and facilitates strategic initiatives and organizational change management, skills acquired as deputy director at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, where she led the implementation of numerous innovative programs that improved access to healthcare services for underserved communities.

In this new role, Sarah will continue to support the strategic initiatives of the organization, maintain operational excellence, and work closely with staff, faculty, board members, and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition in the months ahead.

We are confident that Sarah’s experience and commitment to the mission makes her the ideal leader to guide RIHEL during this pivotal time for the organization. Please join us in welcoming her into this important leadership role.
