Many federal resources are still available to families

We need your help reaching out to families about pandemic assistance available through the American Rescue Plan and other federal programs. There are many resources available to help families, from the extended enrollment period for Marketplace health insurance to rental assistance. Even with the confusion about the off-again, on-again CDC eviction moratorium, largely untapped rental relief remains available today. Here are some tools to help spread the word:

• We created this flyer in English and Spanish that you can share that outlines multiple programs for families.
  
  
• You can help spread the word about the Arkansas Rent Relief Program using this Arkansas DHS toolkit for community partners and DHS Arkansas Rent Relief Program Toolkit Graphics.
  
  
• Most families with children can receive advanced Child Tax Credit (CTC) payments, which started last month. Many people will automatically receive their payments, but families who do not normally file taxes will need to sign-up to receive the payments. Moms Rising/Mamás con Poder has created this social media toolkit with messages in English and Spanish that you can share, and the IRS has also created a toolkit for partners with shareable messages starting on page 20. Tip: if you use the images directly from the toolkits and they are blurry, you can go to the Moms Rising/Mamás con Poder or IRS social media pages and download the images from there, or just reshare their posts. Moms Rising also created this helpful Q and A page.
