Foundation Highlight: Can & Bottle Recycling Ribbon Cutting
We were grateful to join a special community celebration recognizing the Lake Oswego Schools Foundation as the featured nonprofit through New Seasons'sCans for Kids program with Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative.
The Foundation was honored to be joined by local and state leaders, along with OBRC and New Seasons Market, for brief remarks, followed by a Bottle Drop Blue Bag scan-in benefiting our schools.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped support Lake Oswego students.
The LO Schools Foundation is pleased to launch a new Sustainability Professional Development Fund in partnership with the LO Sustainability Network.
For every $250 raised for the PD Fund, the Foundation can sponsor one teacher to participate in high-quality sustainability training, equipping educators to embed sustainability principles across subjects and grade levels.
Help us fund our first cohort of 22 teachers (2 per school) and donate $250 today!
