WE CIRCLE UP - MAY 2026

June is here and we are not slowing down. As we head into summer, the circle keeps growing, the work keeps moving, and women keep getting closer to their front doors. This year we have already helped 24 women close on their homes and we are showing up every single week with an average of 35 women in our Shared Power cohorts. The momentum is real.

This month we are also celebrating some incredible opportunities to get together in community.

Join us for the Summer Solstice Spa Party on June 20th for a day of connection, self-care, and sisterhood that benefits Project I See You.

Boots & Bling tickets are on sale now, do not wait. Last year we sold out and this year will be no different. Get your tickets now and get ready for the biggest night of the year. Thank you for being part of the circle. Let's go.

Meet Latasha - 2026 Homeowner

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you so much for everything Project I See You has done for me. It has truly been life-changing.

Without your support, guidance, and encouragement, I would not have been able to purchase a home for myself and my children. This milestone means more to me than words can fully express, and it would not have been possible without all of you.

I am forever grateful for everything you’ve done, and I am so excited and honored to be a part of this sisterhood. Your kindness and dedication have made a lasting impact on my life.

Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

CAPTAIN FEATURES

Meet Kelsi & Karla

Shared Power Captains - The Kyte Team
"Our “why” for supporting Project I See You is deeply personal to us as a mother-daughter team.

I raised Kelsi as a single mom, and throughout her childhood, I strongly believed in the importance of homeownership. To me, owning a home represented so much more than just having a place to live — it meant stability, security, independence, and the opportunity to build generational wealth.

Kelsi grew up seeing firsthand the impact that homeownership had on our lives and the foundation it created for our future. As she got older, she came to understand just how meaningful and life-changing that stability truly was.

Today, both of us recognize the incredible impact homeownership can have on women and their families — emotionally, financially, and generationally.

Homeownership has changed our lives in many ways, and that’s why this mission means so much to us.

Through our work and our support of Project I See You, we hope to help other women create that same sense of stability, opportunity, and long-term financial empowerment for themselves and their children.

We are incredibly proud to support a mission that helps more women achieve homeownership for the first time."

We are so excited to share that the Summer Solstice Women's Event is back and benefiting Project I See You this year! ☀️ This incredible day brings together amazing women for connection, food, drinks, self-care, pool time, and yes, maybe even a tattoo or two 💛, all while raising funds for Shared Power $10,000 grants to help women pursue homeownership.

The Kyte Team is hoping to sell out and hit their fundraising goal, so we are spreading the word. Because the event is hosted privately in University Park, the Eventbrite link is not being shared publicly, if you are interested in attending, reach out directly to the Kyte Team and we will get you the invitation and all the details. Grab your girlfriends and come celebrate with us. This is exactly the kind of day we live for.

Join us for the 3rd Annual Emich Cares Charity Golf Tournament, a day where great golf meets genuine community impact. Each year, Emich Cares brings together friends, families, and supporters to raise funds for a cause close to our hearts — and this year, every dollar goes directly to Project I See You.

Not Your Average Ballroom Fundraiser

We’re hosting Boots & Bling at the Grizzly Rose because this isn’t a ballroom fundraiser, it’s a bold celebration of community and ownership.

The Rose is iconic, electric, and unapologetically Denver — a place where people gather, circle up on the dance floor, and show up fully.

That energy mirrors our mission: women stepping into homeownership, and a community stepping in beside them. Neon lights, live music, boots on hardwood — it’s powerful, joyful, and unforgettable, just like the movement we’re building.
