Agency Update:
Close to Home

Close to Home collaborates, studies, and listens in order to guide planning efforts by addressing homelessness in our area. And through the Diversion Program, they are able to address housing crises at the moment they occur. Read more.

Call for Readiness Reviewers

We are looking for members interested in serving as Readiness Reviewers during our grant application process. These reviewers play an important role in assessing agency organizational and financial readiness to implement a $100,000 grant from Impact SA prior to submitting a project application.  Readiness Review occurs in late April/early May. If you would like to serve as a reviewer or learn more, please complete the Readiness Review interest form.
