"What My Jesus did and said."

THE ESSENCE,
THE JEWEL

the%20JEWEL.jpeg

Excerpt from The Offering Pleasing to Me

Dictated April 1st 2025

God the Father speaks:

The ESSENCE of the Most Holy Sacrifice of the Altar, of the Holy Mass, is what My Jesus did and said.

His Words and Actions in that HOUR.

Do you understand?

Beyond the gestures and rites and practices.

What did My Jesus do and say?

This is the essence.  The JEWEL.

The rites are like the different rings in which this JEWEL is placed in order to be taken before the world and be presented before My Throne.

The JEWEL is eternal, unfading, indestructible.  No attack can destroy it.

Reflect then, children, on what this ring that surrounds such a JEWEL should be.

What is the purpose of the ring?  To manifest the beauty and the value of the JEWEL, and to protect it.

The ring must be made of precious and resistant material – capable of withstanding blows, scratches, dirt, heat, cold.

It is not the ring that gives value to the JEWEL, but rather the JEWEL that makes the ring useful.

The ring without the JEWEL is nothing more than a piece of metal.

Mission of Divine Mercy

"I was surprised by my response."

As anyone who attends Mass at the Mission discovers, many of the  prayers and responses are prayed in Latin.   This past Sunday, the first Sunday of Advent, Father also began praying the Eucharistic Prayer in Latin.  An announcement and explanation of the reason for doing so was made a few Sundays in advance, and a printed explanation was also made available.

This week a woman who is a convert to Catholicism, and a regular attender of Mass here at the Mission, related to us  her experience during last Sunday's Mass, because she was surprised by her own response.  We asked if she would write it down so that we could share it with others, and she generously did so.

*****

When Father John Mary made the announcement that he would recite the Eucharistic Prayer in Latin, my heart sank. I was not happy!! I don't know Latin. And that part of the Mass was already the most difficult for me: trying to pay attention and listen, attempting to participate and understand---which I mostly failed at doing. How would I ever "get it" in Latin?

But at the beginning of Mass Father said that we could follow along using the translation in the Mass booklet, OR simply use the time to be more united with God and the Sacred Mysteries in prayer. So when Father John Mary began the prayers, I was "off the hook" for the first time ever, and found myself in a deeper, calmer, and more united spirit with the mysteries of the Mass, offering my intentions to be placed in the Chalice.

I was really surprised by my experience because it was so unlike what I was anticipating it would be. It was a game-changer for me and elevated my participation in the Mass.~Karen.

A NETWORK OF TRUST

"This is what MDM is called to be: a growing communion of trust in His Mercy for our needy world." ~ Fr. John Mary

MDM started encouraging people to pray "Jesus, I trust in You"  ten times a day back in 2011. Recently we felt it was important to remind people to turn to Jesus with this simple, powerful prayer in a world that feels more and more out of control. We are suggesting 20 times, but some people find themselves repeating it hundreds of times. It reminds our troubled souls that GOD IS IN CONTROL.

Many of you have put your name on our growing list and have also left a comment or testimony. We ask that prayer intentions be placed at Prayer Request on our website.

We are from Southern California. For several years, my family and I have experienced a number of medical challenges with our ten year old daughter and with a Cancer diagnosis (me). My daughter's diagnosis severely challenged my faith in God. I reached bottom, and I was very angry. About three years ago, a YouTube video from the MDM appeared on my phone which talked about the Mission and about the messages received by Sister Amapola. Since then, I regularly listen to Father John Mary speak about the messages and to his weekly Homilies. Soon after I started listening to Father John Mary, my faith and my hunger to be closer to God and to our Blessed Mother became stronger than ever. On November 23, 2025, my family and I visited the MDM for the first time. Members of the congregation welcomed us and treated us as old friends. Sister Amapola and Father John Mary spent a very generous amount of time talking and patiently listening to us. They also prayed for our daughter and for our family. We are eternally grateful to the most loving members of the MDM, to Father John Mary, to Mother Margaret, to Sister Amapola and to the entire MDM community. We plan to return soon. Sincerely, The Ramirez Family

Your mission is like a beacon of light amid the thick and suffocating darkness spread by the long-prophesized anti-Church. Your prophetic messages line up perfectly with the prophecies from La Salette, Fatima, Garabandal, and Akita, and I am deeply grateful to God that he raised you up as His apostles of these End Times, tasked with preparing the way for the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the glorious Era of Peace. Thank you for your spiritual courage, your saintly discernment, and for your unwavering dedication to the work of Our Lord. May you be richly rewarded by the Holy Trinity in the renewed and reconquered world whose arrival is eagerly awaited by every faithful member of Christ's Church. ~Jakub

Thank you, Congregation of the MDM, for being a beacon for the world with your FIAT, which responds to and completes the FIAT of Mary and the FIAT of Christ. We are praying for you, especially on November 13th for Sister Amapola, repeating the prayer that Our Mother taught to Father Stefano Gobbi: “Come, Holy Spirit, come through the powerful intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, your most beloved spouse.”~Pilar

Dearest MDM family, Thank you for sharing about Sr. Amapola appointment with tribunal. In St. Louis Mary has been appearing to a local farmer for 20 years in the 13th of every month at the shrine of the Miraculous Medal. We say the 20 decade rosary, litanies, chaplet and we are given that days message. I will be lifting her & your community in prayer. Also, a HUGE thank you for also sharing the past message where Mary refers to herself as Co-Redemptrix. God have mercy on our church leaders. ~Araceli

I eagerly await your videos. I absolutely believe that every word comes from Heaven, from the Father, the Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, and the Blessed Virgin Mary. I love you, brothers and sisters, and I know that God works in you. From the very first message, I cried and laughed; they were my questions to the Lord, and they were answered by the Divine Mercy Mission, by you, my brothers and sisters. Thank you.
Father Foster, please continue. We know you are innocent of all this. In these times of so much evil, God's priests are persecuted. I know this and I pray for it. We need you, as well as your community. Thank you and blessings from Chile! Hugs, brothers and sisters! ~Claudia

The mission: a space of light in the spiritual desert to which we must “flee.” Jesus I trust in You.~Anonymous

I feel the presence of God when I visit the Mission. I am hoping that I may be of service someday. For now I will pray "Jesus I trust in You" 20 times a day, and wait for guidance and continue to visit as often as I can God willing. ~Dale

My husband and I were at the MDM from California in September, he can work from anywhere that has internet. Only one week we were there, and we brought back many blessings with us, my only prayer from now on is: in the name of Jesus, Heavenly Father l want what You want in every moment of my life, and for my family too. I want to thank everyone we met at the MDM, they were very kind and patient with us. Beautiful and Peaceful place. Blessings with Love. ~María.

We are all hurt! It's true and sometimes I am discouraged. In those moments I turn to see the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Virgin of Guadalupe, and I manage to take more steps. The people I serve are waiting for me to encourage them, to tell them that everything is going to be okay, and the only thing I can think is, Jesus assumes control because sometimes I can't anymore!~Dr. Miriam

I TRUST IN YOU ~ CAROLE

The overwhelming sense I have had for as long as I have been seeing Fr John Mary read the prophecies received by Sr Amapola, is that the Holy man of God speaks truth, not just in humility, but in lowliness. The messages resonated within my spirit by quickening of the Most Holy Spirit therein. Philomena and I have been very blessed by God to have had the opportunity to visit and speak with them. May the Good Lord continue to reign in this Community, in all its members, in all its endeavors, and in all its sufferings. "Let God arise, and let his enemies be scattered: and let them that hate him flee from before his face." Psalm 68:1 ~ Steve

Thank you for considering making a donation in support of  MDM. Your donations go directly to the Mission of Divine Mercy Inc. which as of March 2024, is considered "not an approved Catholic apostolate of the Archdiocese of San Antonio."
