It has been a busy and successful month for Landlovers. Following our Flea Market and AuctionMania events, I am pleased to share the following fundraising results:

Flea Market

- Gross Sales: $53,814
- Net Profit: $35,663

The success of these events is thanks to the nearly 900 volunteers who dedicated countless hours to the Flea Market, AuctionMania, and the upcoming Tour of Homes. Our entire community is grateful for your hard work and dedication.

Our final fundraising event for 2026 is the Tour of Homes on May 2. The Committee has curated an incredible selection of homes, and tickets are nearing the 500-person maximum. Please purchase yours soon and invite your friends before they sell out. The final results for the Tour of Homes will be shared in the May 20 newsletter.

Celebrating Achievement and Community Impact

A Landlovers First: Two Celebrations, One Unforgettable Evening For the first time ever, we are combining our Year-End Closing with our Student Awards and Grants Ceremony. This is a unique opportunity to witness the heart of our mission firsthand. You’ll hear directly from students and local non-profits about how your contributions have changed their lives—an experience that will leave you feeling proud and inspired by everything our community achieves together.

Your Presence is Vital

Beyond the celebration, your attendance is a functional necessity. We will hold our brief but mandatory annual Members Meeting to vote on the 2026-2027 Board of Directors. Help us shape the future of Landlovers before we transition into the evening’s festivities.

• Where: Palmetto Ballroom

• What: Awards, community impact stories, passed hors d'oeuvres, and a member/cash bar.
