Inspired Generosity at Eat Bid Laugh 2025!
We gathered Sept. 20 for an evening of social connection, fun and creative activities. Add in some spirited bidding on silent auction items, meaningful reflection on MSAC's mission and generous giving!
From the moment participants arrived in their colorful, inspired attire, we just knew it would be a special evening. MSAC members, carepartners, donors, volunteers, staff, community partners and sponsors all contributed to infuse energy, ignite creativity and invest generously in MSAC. Thanks to all your support, we raised $92,958 — a new record for this event!
Thank you to all who inspired impact for people with progressed MS through your support of Eat Bid Laugh ~ Inspire! |

Program Impact: Wheelchair Evaluations create safer mobility & save money for MSAC members |
Did you know that your generosity makes it possible for MSAC members to receive wheelchair evaluations at no cost? Because we have an occupational therapist on staff, our members get expert guidance right here in a place where they’re known, seen and supported.
“We see our members every week, so we understand their challenges and goals,” says Lyndi Hinkle, OT and program manager. “That’s why we can help them choose the device that truly gives them the best quality of life.”
This past year alone, your support helped six members secure new |
wheelchairs — tools that restore mobility and independence.
In some cases, a device simply needs to be adapted as an individual’s MS progresses. For example, one member who was experiencing increased leaning received additional lateral supports to help her stay upright.
These moments of comfort, confidence and independence happen because of you. Your kindness isn’t just funding wheelchair evaluations—it’s changing lives!
Thank you for continuing to make this possible. |
Giving Impact: Monthly Donors |
Knowing we can count on donations to come in each month makes budgeting much easier. A heartfelt thank you to our monthly donors who help ensure MSAC continues to offer a community wellness program in the Kansas City area! |
