HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all the moms and motherly caretakers in our community!
Women across the country have found relief through plant-based nutrition and lifestyle changes to support their hormonal concerns throughout the life cycle, as well as conditions that predominantly impact women.
Join us, in honor of Women’s Health Month, for an empowering livestream dedicated to the women and moms in our lives with OB/GYN Elisabeth Fontaine, MD, and Family Physician Kim Scheuer, MD, from Plant Based TeleHealth. We’ll discuss plant-based nutrition’s role in reducing menstrual pain, hormonal cancers, menopause symptoms, arthritis, and more.

The evening will include several rounds of small group conversations and a Q&A with special guest Chris Huriwai.
