DIVINE MERCY NOVENA

 DAY ONE

"Bring to Me All Mankind"

"Today bring to Me all mankind, especially all sinners, and immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. In this way you will console Me in the bitter grief into which the loss of souls plunges Me."

Most Merciful Jesus, whose very nature it is to have compassion on us and to forgive us, do not look upon our sins but upon our trust which we place in Your infinite goodness. Receive us all into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart, and never let us escape from It. We beg this of You by Your love which unites You to the Father and the Holy Spirit.

Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon all mankind and especially upon poor sinners, all enfolded in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. For the sake of His sorrowful Passion show us Your mercy, that we may praise the omnipotence of Your mercy for ever and ever. Amen.

(Now continue the novena by reciting the Divine Mercy Chaplet.)

A NETWORK OF TRUST

"This is what MDM is called to be: a growing communion of trust in His Mercy for our needy world." ~ Fr. John Mary

MDM started encouraging people to pray "Jesus, I trust in You"  ten times a day back in 2011. Recently we felt it was important to remind people to turn to Jesus with this simple, powerful prayer in a world that feels more and more out of control. We are suggesting 20 times, but some people find themselves repeating it hundreds of times. It reminds our troubled souls that GOD IS IN CONTROL.

Many of you have put your name on our growing list and have also left a comment or testimony. We ask that prayer intentions be placed at Prayer Request on our website.

Jesus, I trust in You. ~Jaqueline

I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen ~Nino

To build my life in You, my Lord and my God, as it was in the beginning before the creation of the world, where we were blessed with every kind of spiritual and heavenly good in the Person of the Son to fulfill our vocation in the Love of being holy and BEING ONE IN HIM, THROUGH HIM, FOR HIM, according to the Divine Will of GOD THE FATHER of all CREATION. It is in the Son, with the Son, through the Son, for the Son, and so it has been with us, His children, as creatures in the Son, Jesus Christ, our Father, who is, and in Him and through Him, adopted children of GOD THE FATHER. Our Father, who art in Heaven... AS IT WAS IN THE BEGINNING, BE IT NOW, THROUGH THE REDEMPTION OF OUR FATHER, THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, AND BE IT FOREVER, FOREVER AND EVER. Amen, Amen, Amen! ~ Francisco

In the darkest hours of my conversion, when the scourges of inner torment doubt and despair seared my broken heart, your Messages from God restored me, and with tears in my eyes, I was able once again to feel my Father, my Abba. He never abandons us. He always goes out to find the lost sheep. I love you, my Father. ~ Jose Manuel

ONLY IN YOU JESUS DO I TRUST united in the Immaculate Heart of our Mother of You Jesus and in all Your Mystical Body, in order to be receptive to the gift of the Holy Spirit to be spiritually reborn as a child of God now and at the hour of our death, in order to be able to discern and accomplish God's Will on earth as it is in Heaven: in the holy certainty that the impossible is possible for God: how and when it pleases God?!~ Godelieve
