Three Rings of Protection

The following is an excerpt from a private Message that Sister Amapola
received for Father John Mary in answer to a question that he had asked.  Father shared part of the Message with the Community and staff because we, like you, all benefit from the rings of protection which the Lord provides---when we offer Him our child-like FAITH
.

From Abba

… in My Army there are many different missions and works. To each person I give what is necessary for the accomplishment of that mission. Each Grace and help given at its proper time in order to be fruitful and protected from unnecessary attacks from Our enemy.

In the Mission I have entrusted to you – to My little ones here – I have united many souls throughout the world to help with their sacrifices, sufferings and prayers. These form a ring of protection around you – My protection.

The first ring of protection is your Faith and your trust in Me – your tireless work to fulfill MY WILL. This is the impenetrable ring, protecting your souls – your spirits, and your missions in MY PLAN.

The second ring of protection is formed by all the helps I have given to My children throughout the centuries – My Commandments, My Sacraments, all the variety of Sacramentals. The help of My Holy Angels, and in particular of My St. Michael, ever zealous for the cause of His God.*

The third ring of protection I place around you is the prayer of My children – those in Paradise, those in Purgatory, and those working and suffering on Earth. When true, living, child-like Faith is present, it allows each of these rings of protection to be fully effective and fruitful.

Your missions entail suffering, My children, the offering of everything I allow for the fulfillment of these missions and your eternal union with Me.

Do not be afraid....

*Sister added this note: Abba is using "His God" as a title--as when we say "Our Lord." This is why "His" is capitalized.

Tepeyac Cross Progress:
Laying a Firm Foundation...

TEP%20CROSS%20FULL%20VIEW.jpg
Getting concrete to the site of  the future Tepeyac Cross's foundation was a tricky operation.

TEP%20CROSS%20PANORAMA.jpg

A special pumper truck with a particularly long crane attachment was needed in order to reach the site of the foundation. The huge machine was positioned and stabilized on the hill above. The crane was raised and stretched out over the tree tops-- and stretched and stretched....

When the Cross is finally standing tall on the hill above the Teocalli, you will have a greater appreciation of some of the work that went in to getting it there!

A NETWORK OF TRUST

"This is what MDM is called to be: a growing communion of trust in His Mercy for our needy world." ~ Fr. John Mary

MDM started encouraging people to pray "Jesus, I trust in You"  ten times a day back in 2011. Recently we felt it was important to remind people to turn to Jesus with this simple, powerful prayer in a world that feels more and more out of control. We are suggesting 20 times, but some people find themselves repeating it hundreds of times. It reminds our troubled souls that GOD IS IN CONTROL.

Many of you have put your name on our growing list and have also left a prayer intention or testimony:

I find saying Jesus I trust in you brings me great peace. Thank you for your mission. You have been chosen to save souls. ~Mary

We were drawn to visit the mission while visiting our daughter at Fort Hood. We Love Jesus, Our Lady and Sister Faustina! Jesus I Trust in You, Be Not Afraid, and Thy Will Be Done are our constant Prayers! Thank you for allowing a modern good thief to visit Divine Mercy Mission!~Anonymous

I sense the Truth and it gives me an increase of Faith, reminding me how intimately He loves us, and how He works in our lives, and how He wills our Trust, our Faith, Our Obedience and our Love. ~ Molly

I started little by little even before knowing about The Network of Trust. I do think that perhaps it is not necessary for me to number and remember how many times I do it daily. Just by having around the image of the Divine Mercy this short prayer seems to come easily and with increasing frequency. ~Anonymous

Jesus, I trust in You. Always and everywhere Jesus, I love You . Now and forever Holy Trinity, I give You my will, please give me Your will instead. Teach me everything I need to know and increase my desire for It. Thank you eternal Father. ~Anita

I feel peace through these messages. I also feel called to visit. I am praying for you!! ~Sarah

Hello, I lived in CL and this mission was my peace, my refuge, and my place to find answers that I really believe God put the words in the mouth of  Fr. John Mary to answer me or comfort my heart in pain. Please keep me in your prayers. I move out of CL but I know this mission brings peace to my heart. ~Anonymous

The holy spirit gives me great peace when I'm listening to your messages from our heavens. Thank you for your courageousness and love in these troubling times. May God bless you and be at peace. ~ Jennifer

Thank you for considering making a donation in support of  MDM. Your donations go directly to the Mission of Divine Mercy Inc. which as of March 2024, is considered "not an approved Catholic apostolate of the Archdiocese of San Antonio." The Mission has no regular source of income.  Every bit of support comes from people like you; people who God introduces to the Mission.  We try to steward your money wisely and make each dollar work hard for Him and for His people.
