SoMD 2030 is a joint initiative of the Southern Maryland Navy Alliance (SMNA) and The Patuxent Partnership (TPP), with funding provided by Naval Air Warfare Center Aviation Division (NAWCAD) to build the STEM pipeline, increase career opportunities, and partner with government, industry, and academia; to connect talented students with apprenticeships and internships in southern MD.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society which works for a cure through research advocacy, financial support is seeking sponsorships – High School students in St Mary’s County are fundraising for this important cause.
