🗓 GYO MICROGREENS RESCHEDULED 🌿
The February 15th Microgreens Workshop was postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. This will be rescheduled at a later date.

👉 MARCH WORKSHOPS 🐓
Registration is open for the March 8th Baguettes Workshop and the March 15th Raising Chickens 101 Workshop!

BAGUETTES, CRAFTSBURY 🥖
Learn to make your own baguettes with Martha Machia, who works at Salvation Farms and has worked for a number of bakeries in the area including Red Hen. Martha will lead the group in a hand-mixed baguette activity to understand the fundamentals of gluten formation, flour hydration, basic shaping techniques-all without a mixer. Every participant will go home with the dough they have made in the workshop, to be baked at home. They will also have a chance to taste baguettes.
