Practicing What We Teach!
One of the elements we love about learning in a garden, is the ability to “Show, not tell,” scientific principles, natural phenomena, the delicious flavor of fresh foods and how to work together in inspiring garden environments. In the spirit of this educational practice, we’d like to invite you to see some of the impacts and beauty of the work Life Lab does everyday in these images!
We are thrilled to share these photos and quotes, from a typical day in the garden, with you!
Student scientists document their experiences and observations in the MacQuiddy Elementary garden classroom.
There's a lot to learn from a seed!
