Hope Force Responds

On Tuesday afternoon, a deadly series of tornadoes tore through central Iowa.  The US has experienced an unusually high volume of confirmed tornadoes — one news outlet even reporting twice the national average so far this year.

Members of our Hope Force advance team are currently en route to central Iowa to survey the damage.  Several partner organizations are already on scene and have shared pictures and stories, saying, “It just looks like a steam roller went through the whole town.”

Please join us in praying for wisdom, discernment and guidance in our response, and especially prayer for the survivors.  These situations are devastating to walk into, and our aim is to offer practical help and hope.
