One Bistro's Manager, Margie Cook, will be deeply missed as she moves on this month to her next adventure. Margie and her family connected with the bistro in 2018 when they started coming to Community Meal on Wednesday nights. She began volunteering in 2019 and for the last two and a half years, she has served wonderfully as One Bistro's Manager. We are so grateful for her faithful service and wish her many blessings in her next steps! 💚 |

A mission driven leader with experience in ministry, nutrition, and administration, Natalie brings a people first approach to serving both individuals and the Xenia community. With a deep passion for creating spaces where dignity and care meet practical needs, she is committed to strengthening connections and fostering hope through innovative community engagement.
As Executive Director of One Bistro, her goals are to expand access to nutritious, affordable meals while deepening community partnerships, and to cultivate a strong, empowered volunteer base that reflects the heart and diversity of Xenia. |

We kicked off our Summer of Celebration for TEN YEARS serving the community of Xenia with a Community Meal BIRTHDAY BASH! It was a wonderful evening together celebrating this incredible milestone and ramping up for more to come!
We invite you to join us throughout this summer! Our goal is to raise $100,000 to help ensure One Bistro's mission continues for years to come.

Elli began volunteering at One Bistro Xenia last fall through Xenia High School's National Honor Society. (Volunteering in the bistro is a fantastic way to get those volunteer hours!!) She loved the connection with the community so much, she has continued to faithfully serve on Saturdays. The camaraderie with our team and other volunteers has brought her out of her shell and built her confidence and social skills. She is a joy to have in the cafe!
