After a ranked choice vote earlier this year, Members chose the colors and design of our first ever merchandise offerings. All shirts are eco-friendly and available in both short and long sleeve options, in a few colors, for each image.
All proceeds will go directly to NNOCCI, via our fiscal sponsor, The Marine Mammal Center.
This first batch will run now through December 9, and ship directly to the buyer. By ordering in batches, we are preventing potential waste, and making the printing process more efficient. Expect arrival at the end of December, so you can start the New Year with NNOCCI!
Want to get in on the fun but not right now? Worry not, we’ll have another opportunity to support NNOCCI and order some stylish swag early next year!
Sneak Peek: We are planning a ‘Crafternoon’ webinar on how to customize shirts in early 2026 for those who want to change up their new duds, or spiff up some thrift store finds!

Collecting Stories for the Story Collider
We wanted to highlight a cool opportunity that might interest some of our Network Members. Although we do not work with Story Collider, we appreciate their contributions to the climate space and thought some of you may too—read on for more!
“Story Collideris looking for true, personal stories to develop for their special upcoming podcast series, Stories of Urban Climate Change. Storytellers can be based in New York City or anywhere around the world (we can record stories remotely online in addition to live shows).
Urban Climate Change: As we’ve seen with the recent wildfires in LA, cities are on the frontlines of climate change—whether it’s rising temperatures, innovative green infrastructure, or surprising moments of resilience in urban settings. We’re looking for stories about how this global challenge intersects with your personal journey in the urban world. Have you experienced extreme weather in your city? Played a part in an urban sustainability project? Or found unexpected connections between city living and the natural world?
Please summarize your story idea in 3-5 sentences and send it tostories@storycollider.orgwith URBAN CLIMATE CHANGE in the subject line."
If you’re looking for insights from someone in the NNOCCI community who’s worked with and shared a story through Story Collider before, feel free to reach out to NNOCCI Membership Director Lisa Yeager at lyeager@gmail.com.
You are receiving this email because you are an integral part of our NNOCCI network. Thank you for framing your climate communications as hopeful and solutions-oriented!
