I saw a presentation Becky gave at my church and was shocked at the statistics of how common human and sex trafficking is in Sioux Falls. I wanted to help any way I could.
What advice would you give to those considering volunteering their time to CTF?
If you are even slightly considering it, just check into it because it is very rewarding. There are numerous volunteer opportunities and range of time commitments. You will also be a great example to others.
When you are not volunteering at CTF, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I am a wife and mother and love to spend time with my husband and kids. I also enjoy biking, rollerblading and working out at the gym.
Tell us something that inspires you!
People who live by example. When I see people living out their faith, helping others and doing the things that inspire them, I want to do the same.
What is your favorite quote or mantra?
"One cannot be brave who has no fear"
