As you continue enjoying the summer season, check out some of Michigan's best biking events participating in our $1 per rider program, shared below. By participating in $1 Per Rider events, you're not just enjoying the ride – you're also supporting local groups, exploring the beauty of Michigan, and helping fund important LMB projects. Events can choose to support LMB's advocacy at the $1, $2, or $5 level.

Upcoming LMB Events
🚲SW MI FUNDAMENTAL MTB SKILLS CLINIC
Join us at Fort Custer Recreation Area! Our clinics focus on all level of riders who want to improve their skills and provide the confidence needed to ride natural surface single track trails. Our Level 1 certified coaches will explain and demonstrate skills and provide riders with individual feedback. Clinic cost is $225 per rider. Limited to 12 riders.
An unparalleled 7- or 3-day tour following the breathtaking shorelines of northern Michigan. Embark on an adventure up and around the tip of the mitten! Departing from Alpena and passing through Mackinaw City on the way to Traverse City, you’ll get the best of two Great Lakes as Shoreline 2024 takes you along the coasts of Lake Huron and Lake Michigan. Peaceful waters, solitary lighthouses, quiet forests and beaches, and plenty of fudge await you on a tour of northern Michigan’s finest jewels.
This tour is seven days and six nights of supported riding in the Hiawatha National Forest and makes for a great week on your bike. Expected rides are about 2/3 gravel and 1/3 low traffic county roads.
Join us on our first-ever Adventure Base Marquette Tour! You'll enjoy four nights of lodging at our home base in Marquette, plus a fifth night at Thunder Bay Inn at Big Bay. Riding includes the full length of the Iron Ore Heritage Trail, plus over the river and through the woods in a loop to Big Bay and back. Bonus, there's a layover day to sample some of the optional local outfitter experiences including fishing, mountain biking, or kayaking. *Save $100 per person with discount code: LMB

LMB's $1 Per Riderinitiative offers cycling events a simple way to support our mission. These events pledge to donate $1, $2, or $5 to LMB for every rider that registers for their event. In return, we provide enhanced exposure for these events in our print Ride Calendar, website, monthly event email spotlights, and social media shoutouts.
