Marcelo leads government and community relations for Entravision, a global powerhouse in advertising, media, and ad-tech with multi-platform reach across digital, TV, and audio. A recognized authority on civic engagement and Latino demographics, he leverages Entravision's extensive audience to bridge media, government, and communities.

His career highlights include:

• Nearly a decade as Senior Director of Programs at the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) Educational Fund, where he spearheaded the landmark Ya Es Hora initiative (helping over 1 million legal permanent residents naturalize) and the national non-partisan Voces del Pueblo campaign to boost voter turnout.
• Senior roles in public affairs and campaign management, including Legislative Chief of Staff to an Illinois State Senator and Western Political Director for a national presidential campaign.
• A B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
