During the Thanksgiving season, many take the time to reflect on the things they are truly grateful for. Everyday at Welcome to a New Life, there are so many things to be thankful for:
Our mentors - Thank you for volunteering your time and for caring for others the way you do.
Our mentees - Thank you for giving us the opportunity to come alongside you on this new life journey.
Our donors - Thank you for your financial support. You are making an impact in the lives of many in our community.
Our board - Thank you for your investment of time, resources and continual guidance that supports the mission and sustainability of our program.
Our community partners - Thank you for your collaboration and support as together we are helping one person at a time.
It's only with YOUR help that we are able to offer hope and a chance for a new life for our mentees and their families. There are no words that can truly express the appreciation we have for you.

Giving Tuesday
We're once again hosting our annual Giving Tuesday Gift Card Drive to not only foster the relationships between our mentors and their mentees, but to support our local business community as well.
Bring your donations to our Open House on November 29th! Come and visit our office space at 1219 W. Main Cross St. and meet with WNL board and staff! We look forward to seeing you!
This month, Executive Director Carla Benjamin earned her Certificate in Non-Profit Management through The Center for Non-Profit Resources in Toledo. The goal of the program is to increase the skills, knowledge and abilities of nonprofit professionals. We want to thank The Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation for making it possible for Carla to participate in this program!
