Happy Holidays from the Foundation
Wishing you and your loved ones a joyous holiday season filled with warmth, laughter, and cherished moments. May the spirit of love and togetherness brighten your homes, bringing light to even the darkest days of the year.
As we reflect on this year's accomplishments, we are so grateful to be part of the amazing Lake Oswego community. Here's to creating beautiful memories and celebrating the magic of the season together.
Thank you to those who have already contributed to the 2024-25 campaign.
A couple of quick notes from your friends at the Foundation:
1. Thank You for the incredible generosity you've shown this year. Because of you, we are already more than 60% of the way to funding our teaching positions for next year!
2. If you are mailing your gift and you wish to receive credit for this tax year, it must be postmarked no later than Tuesday, December 31, 2024.
3. Donor Advised Funds We have gratefully received an increase in the number of DAF gifts this year. If you have a DAF, consider the Lake Oswego Schools Foundation (tax i.d. 94-3028590) as your beneficiary. More information can be found HERE.
4. Liquidation Event and Appreciated Stock If you're in the happy position of having a liquidation event or holding appreciated stock, donating a portion to the Lake Oswego Schools Foundation can be a powerful way to give back while maximizing tax benefits. For gifts of stock, we've included a link to our securities donation form HERE.
Consider making a charitable donation before year-end to make the most of your generosity and create lasting change.
