Welcome Pope Leo XIV!
The election of Pope Leo XIV marks a new chapter for the Church. We are enthusiastic for and attentive to the ways in which he will continue the work of the Church, particularly in the areas of education and care for the poor. Our Holy Father reminded us yesterday that “we want to be a synodal church, walking and always seeking peace, charity, closeness, especially to those who are suffering.” In the spirit of faith and zeal, we pray for Pope Leo as he begins his new ministry of service to all the people of God.
