We are grateful to all of our supporters, especially those who use their platforms to share why they believe in our mission. Here are just a few words from some of our distinguished contributors:

"I believe the BFOA’s mission is critical. I have witnessed personally the very real and tremendous good the foundation does. Broadcasters contribute mightily to the well-being of our society, often at great sacrifice.  I ask you to contribute whatever you can to help the BFOA support broadcasters when they need it the most.”
                                                         - Kathy Kirby, Partner, Wiley

"It never ceases to amaze me - the Broadcasters Foundation touches so many, so deeply. We are witnesses firsthand to how it changes lives. Thank you to everyone involved with the BFOA for the important work that’s done every day.”
                                   -Mike Hayes, President, Hearst Television

The work that the Foundation does to support broadcasters is so important and really incredible. We need to make sure that everyone knows that they can turn to the BFOA. It’s such a wonderful organization. ”
-Heather Cohen, President, The Weiss Agency

Thank you to everyone who supports our mission and shares our message with their radio and television colleagues. The more people that know about the BFOA, the more people we can help through challenging times.

This month, we are highlighting the great work of Chris Forgy and Saga Communications!

Saga Communications believes local media has the power to affect communities, and it is in that spirit that Saga has created an enduring Community Relations arm. Through the years, Saga radio stations have raised money for a variety of local charities - from food pantries, to children's hospitals, to veteran and first responder organizations - and this support continues to grow across the company.

This month, Chris Forgy and Saga Communications partnered with the BFOA to host a nationwide fundraising event, aptly named "Chris' Dare to Care Challenge". We are so grateful to everyone at Saga for their participation. Whether it be through a contribution or by sharing our message with a colleague in need, every dollar, email, and social media post aids our efforts to reach more radio and television professionals who face challenging times.
