Family of Origin Group Coaching

Family of Origin work is a key tool in practicing Bowen Family Systems Theory. It allows practitioners to recognize inherited patterns of behavior and debug them, so they do not impact their ministry. Regular review is encouraged to reflect on life changes and new discoveries in your family genogram! Work with a trained coach in small group setting.

Restorative Conversations May 12th
This 6-hour workshop introduces the key concepts of circle processes. Restorative conversations are useful when working through difficult or polarizing topics, processing shared painful experiences, building community, and dealing with certain levels of conflict in the church setting.
