Mindworks is a facilitated program designed for people with early symptoms of dementia or memory loss. The curriculum provides opportunities for enhanced social connections while promoting brain health and overall wellness. Mindworks also provides a respite opportunity for caregivers while their loved ones attend the program.
Our Mindworks Program Includes: 
  • Physical Movement
  • Nutrition and Food-Focused Education
  • Cognitive Fitness
  • Creative and Expressive Activities
  • Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques
Mindworks is scheduled on the following days from 11:00am-2:00pm
  • Mondays and Wednesdays at Goodwill Community Campus in Menasha
    • 1800 Appleton Rd, Menasha, WI
  • Mondays at Oshkosh Riverside FVTC
    • 150 N Campbell Rd, Oshkosh, WI- Room 113
  • Tuesdays at Mary Beth Nienhaus Activity Center
    • 3000 E College Ave Suite B, Appleton
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at Goodwill Community Campus in Menasha
    • 1800 Appleton Rd, Menasha, WI
  • Tuesdays at Waupaca FVTC Regional Center
    • 1979 Godfrey Dr, Waupaca, WI
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at Chilton FVTC  in Chilton
    • 1200 E Chestnut St, Chilton, WI- Room 144
  • Wednesdays at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton
    • 1825 N Bluemound Dr, Appleton, WI- Room A160
  • Thursdays at Oshkosh Seniors Center in Oshkosh
    • 200 N Campbell Rd, Oshkosh, WI

Fox Valley Memory Project couldn't put on the programming that we do without the help of our wonderful volunteers. This month we will be seeking help with the following:
  • Participating in Memory Café events
  • Participating as a "General Volunteer" at our Mindworks programs
  • Delivering lunches for Mindworks and helping to serve
  • Assisting with office work
