Dear Friends,
I wanted to take a moment to give you an update about how the Lord moved in the ministry during June. I have to say, I am humbly grateful at what is occurring at this time in my life and ministry!
At AskAboutIsa.com, the mission is simple: interrupt "the scroll" and invite Muslims into honest conversation about Jesus. Facebook ads are placed directly into their feeds and point them to AskAboutIsa.com, where they can ask any question they have about Jesus, the Bible, Yahweh, Islam, Allah, or Muhammad.
In June, that mission went to work in PAKISTAN and NEW DELHI, INDIA. With only $300 spentin social media seed ad, the message was:
Shown more than 1.8 million times
Reached more than 750,000 people
Clicked by more than 93,000 people
More than 39,000 visited the site to explore and ask questions for themselves
These live in places where most cannot go. Look below at the locations we reached in Pakistan and India.
That means a mere $300 investment put the message of Jesus in front of a massive number of people who may never ...
walk into a church
speak with a missionary
openly ask spiritual questions in public
Instead, the invitation met them in a place they already live every day: on their phones, in the middle of their scroll.
WHERE'S NEXT? A new door is opening!
Moving forward, here's where we're planting seed ads next: NIGERIA.
Why here? Certainly it ranks first in population and size on the massive African continent. But those aren't the reasons. We go there because of the horrific persecution facing Nigerian Christians, especially in its northeastern region.
Please stop for a moment, take a deep breath, and consider their reality. A recent US resolution condemning this onslaught, cited:
50,000-100,000 Christians have been murdered since 2009
At least 7,000 Christians have been killed this year alone - an average of 35 deaths each day
19,000 churches have been destroyed
More Christians are killed every year in Nigeria than the rest of the world combined. (Data from Open Doors International)
Boko Haram and related Islamist groups are active there. Years of violence have left deep fear and spiritual darkness across the region.
See the checkmarks below. They show the exact locations our next seed ads will target. We can literally zero in the Gospel message right into the darkest corners of the globe! We live in amazing times!
That is exactly why this matters. Even in places marked by terror, people are still online. They are still searching. They are still asking questions. And the Gospel can still meet them there.
Every gift helps purchase more “seed” ads—messages sown day and night into the feeds of real people in hard places. Some will scroll past. Some will stop. Some will click through to askaboutisa.com and begin asking questions about Isa. Those moments can become the beginning of something eternal.
Your partnership makes that possible. Giving means helping carry the hope of Jesus into places most believers will never physically go.
Scripture says, “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation” (Isaiah 52:7, NIV)
We need your help today to fund more seed ads into Northeast Nigeria.
Would you prayerfully consider helping us sow these seeds?
