Happy 2025! We hope this letter finds you in high spirits and ready for a quacking good time. 🎉
It is that time of the year again – California Duck Days is just around the corner, and we want YOU to be a part of the excitement! Last year, we had 1180 participants, 160 enthusiastic volunteers, and about 100 incredible exhibitors, making it a day to remember. They came from many parts of CA and beyond. Most of these were families including 523 children who enjoyed learning about nature.
Why Should You Join?
California Duck Days is not just an event; it's a celebration of nature, community, and fun for all ages. Families, children, and nature enthusiasts alike gather to explore interactive exhibits, dive into wetland-themed arts and crafts, and so much more!
When and Where?
Save the date – Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 9 am to 4 pm, at the Yolo Bypass Wildlife Area Headquarters (45211 County Road 32B, Davis). Rain or shine, the festivities will go on! The CA Department of Fish and Wildlife’s front parking lot and demonstration area is transformed into a community environmental education fair. All activities take place outside. Food items are on sale near the exhibitor area.

It's as easy as a splash in the pond! Secure your space in the Exhibit Area by registering your organization here.
We promise it'll be the best decision you make in 2025! We request a $20 donation helps cover table and chair rental – a small price for a big impact! Plan to bring your own shade canopy.
What's in it for You?
Apart from the fantastic exposure to a diverse audience, the Festival offers a chance to engage with the community, spread the word about your organization, and have a quack-tastic time doing it.
What to Expect?
Think hands-on activities, workshops, crafts, game tables, live bats, adorable ducklings, and Tule toy making! Check out last year's map attached for a sneak peek, and brace yourself for some delightful adjustments based on 2024 experiences.
