The Chestnut Hill Conservancy’s staff and Board of Directors wish you and your loved ones a happy and healthy New Year.

Please join us for the Conservancy’s hybrid 2026 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 6:15–7:45 PM, held in person at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy’s Wissahickon Inn Chapel and virtually via Zoom.

The evening will include:

• A recap of 2025 and an overview of plans for 2026

• A membership vote to elect returning members of the Conservancy Board of Directors

• A membership vote to elect the 2026 Historic District Advisory Committee

• A special presentation by Cindy Hamilton, President of Heritage Consulting, The History of Historic Preservation Advocacy and the Conservancy’s Role

The Annual Meeting is free and open to members and the public, though advance registration is requested.

For those attending in person, we invite you to join the staff and Board of Directors for networking with light bites and wine, as well as nonalcoholic refreshments, from 5:45–6:15 PM prior to the meeting and again from 7:45–8:15 PM following the program. 

The Annual Meeting and presentation will take place simultaneously for both in-person and virtual attendees from 6:15–7:45 PM.
