Correction: In the haste to get this information out, we had an internal miscommunication. The deadline for the California UTL is not, in fact, affected by this proposed rule. This proposed rule is a follow-on to the emergency-rulemaking, not a replacement for it.
However, the significant changes to the rule's substance remain in place and reflect the hard work which CRA has done to communicate our industry's position on this rule.
