The Kaplan Center is delighted to announce two series of webinars for the upcoming Jewish Year. Starting unexpectedly, we are eager to hear Mati Boulakia-Bortnick with a new analysis of Kaplan’s work.

Then we will alternate two programs: One on the written word, and one on lived experience. "Kaplan Between the Covers" gives you a chance to hear from the intimate experience of the authors and scholars behind Kaplanian publications about their work and his words. 

Recognising the great wealth of talent and experience held by our leadership, our board identified spiritual leaders within the movement who have interesting focus and dynamic presence. Each of them has been invited to answer the same questions for the "Fabulous Rabbis, Interesting Questions" series, and it will be fascinating to look at the whole at the end of the year to see the commonalities and the richness that each person brings.

If you are looking for a shorter shot of Kaplanian wisdom, we will be adding to our YouTube channel in October with Torah commentary, interviews about living in two civilizations, and FKFTKAT (fun Kaplanian facts to know and tell), the latter led by our new student intern. More about him in a future newsletter, but for now, we can say he is wonderful, a deep thinker, and full of creative ways to engage you and others with the life and work of MMK.
