A LOVE LETTER FROM YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER

"Rest On My Heart"

GOD%20THE%20FATHER.png

An excerpt from the Message of May 28, 2017

A Pre-Reconquest Message

God the Father speaks:

My little ones, receive these Words that come from My Fatherly Heart.  Yes, it is I, your Father.  Your Abba Who loves you and is happy with your desire to love Me.

Come and lay your little head on My Heart, and rest there; and with every beat of My Heart let My Peace and the certainty that I understand you come into you.

I see you as little children and I receive you as such, happy that My children want to love Me, know Me, obey Me.

I Am the patient Father who does not expect you to give Me everything immediately.

See how I have done everything in nature, even your own formation in your mother’s womb – each part of you is formed little by little – at the beginning you would not have been able to survive outside of your mother’s womb, because your lungs were not yet formed.

See how a tree does not bear fruit immediately, but rather, several seasons and cycles go by before the flower and fruit come.

I do the same in your spirit, little children.  Little by little. [smile]   Patience. [smile]

Let My Words and My smile drop down into your minds, your hearts, as a refreshing shower.  Drink of My Love, little children.

IF YOU FEEL SO INCLINED...

Dear Friends,
We try not to ask for extra funds because many of you have supported us so generously through the years. But at the moment we find ourselves with some heavy expenses:

  • A WATER LINE FOR FATHER’ HOUSE - Father John Mary’s water well has been dry for the last two years. To provide water we have been trucking it in, a rather difficult, expensive endeavor, especially as he lives at the top of a steep hill.  This spring we bit the bullet and started digging a ditch in order to run a water line uphill from the Mission well to Father’s house. The cost of putting in a new line with sufficient pressure to reach his house amounts to $10,000.

  • THE NEW SOLAR CARPORTS (FOR OUR GOLF CARTS) — The new solar carports, which will provide backup power for our main water well,  required  more expensive equipment than we anticipated, to the tune of $27,000.  This backup system is what will help provide water for the Mission and Community in times of natural or manmade disasters.

If you are able to help us pay down these bills, we would be very grateful.

A NETWORK OF TRUST

"This is what MDM is called to be: a growing communion of trust in His Mercy for our needy world." ~ Fr. John Mary

MDM started encouraging people to pray "Jesus, I trust in You"  ten times a day back in 2011. Recently we felt it was important to remind people to turn to Jesus with this simple, powerful prayer in a world that feels more and more out of control. We are suggesting 20 times, but some people find themselves repeating it hundreds of times. It reminds our troubled souls that GOD IS IN CONTROL.

Many of you have put your name on our growing list and have also left a comment or testimony. We ask that prayer intentions be placed at Prayer Request on our website.

My God, I know that I am carrying the cross of my sins, that if I endure suffering it is because You give me strength. I thank You for these very difficult situations that I experience because without them I would not have approached You. I beg You not to let go of me. Hold me close in moments of loneliness, moments of doubt, of the terror of not being able to be a good mother for my daughter and not being able to care for my mother. Help me in moments of temptation and to discern that what I see, hear and speak is for Your praise. I love you, Lord, and I ask your forgiveness for having offended or disappointed You.~Jeannette

Pray for me in my work. I am overwhelmed working in two Catholic parishes where I do not sense the shepherds have the heart of the Master shepherd and it makes it difficult and I know you understand. Pray for me to discern God's will if he wants me to stay or leave, thank you for your prayers and your ministry, you are in my prayers as well. God Bless you! Jesus, I trust in you and Maranatha! ~Anonymous

Jesus, I trust in You. My Lord, You who dwell in every heart, make ours docile so that we may enter into Yours.
Praised and adored be You eternally. May Your work grow and take root in every soul, and may we return to You. Amen. ~ Doris Elizabeth

May God pour his graces on all sinners for their true conversion and salvation. Praying for evil to be exposed & expelled from within the Church and all areas of society. Praying for our country and all Nations - may they accept and recognize Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Praying for holy Priests, Religious, and People of Consecrated Lives. Praying to be as holy as our Lord has desired my family, my neighbors, and myself to be. God bless Mission of Divine Mercy for communicating these important messages and bringing us the Gospel. Thank you! ~Marcia

Thank you for considering making a donation in support of  MDM. Your donations go directly to the Mission of Divine Mercy Inc. which as of March 2024, is considered "not an approved Catholic apostolate of the Archdiocese of San Antonio." The Mission has no regular source of income.  Every bit of support comes from people like you; people who God introduces to the Mission.  We try to steward your money wisely and make each dollar work hard for Him and for His people.
