LASSCA Vice President President St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute Buffalo, New York
“I am honored to serve as vice president of LASSCA and excited to collaborate with fellow Lasallian leaders and the Christian Brothers to strengthen our shared mission. Together, we will foster innovation, share best practices, and ensure that our schools continue to provide transformative educational experiences for our students.”
High school students (grades 9-12) are invited to participate in Springtide Research Institute's upcoming survey exploring how young people (ages 13-25) discuss and understand vocation, calling and discernment. This research initiative aims to gather insights and develop strategies for supporting the next generation in their vocational journeys.
Please share the digital survey link and allow 10-15 minutes of class time for students to complete by April 11: bit.ly/4hlsZJ9
The quantitative data collected will inform the next phase of interviews with young people. Findings and insights will be discussed at the Huether Lasallian Conference this fall.

Regional summer formation programs are an excellent way to foster the Lasallian mission at your ministries. Consider sending your staff to these intensive formation experiences so they can share in supporting mission animation and leadership at the local level.
Spots are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two spots remain for LSJI. After registration is at capacity, new registrants may be added to a waitlist and will be notified as space becomes available.
Registration for both programs closes on Friday, May 9.
As we observe the Year of Lasallian Spirituality, we invite students from grade 5 through university-level to participate in an art contest, “Seeing With Eyes of Faith: Celebrating our Lasallian Saints and Heroes.” Participants should choose a person or group of people who they identify as a Lasallian hero and render an image of them. Each entry should be accompanied by a short description of why this subject was chosen.
