Join us April 24th! Beyond Balance: Creating Work-Life Integration that Works for YOU
In today’s fast-paced world, the idea of work-life balance often feels impossible—like a scale that’s always tipping out of our control. But what if we stopped chasing balance and instead focused on work-life integration?
Join Danielle Sheehan as she shares her career journey—from a medical technology startup to leading a successful coaching and consulting practice—illustrating how work and life can evolve in alignment with your values and goals.
In this interactive session, you’ll also assess your own work-life integration and explore areas for growth. Through a collaborative discussion, we’ll tackle real challenges and generate actionable solutions together. Walk away with fresh insights, practical strategies, and a renewed sense of control over how your work and life align.

Thank you to all who joined us for our March CWIT X UVA Engineering Speaker Series! We had a great turn out and learned about optimizing water resource systems from Julie Quinn and how to preserve your digital well-being from Angela Orebaugh. We had fantastic questions from the attendees and I think we all walked away with something new that we learned!
