Every year as we approach Advent, we like to publish the Blessed Mother's advice to St. Faustina on how to live Advent and prepare ourselves for Christ's coming. It is good advice no matter the year, nor the season.
"The Mother of God has taught me how to prepare for the Feast of Christmas. She said to me: "Strive after silence and humility, so that Jesus, Who dwells in your heart continuously, may be able to rest. Adore Him in your heart; do not go out from your inmost being.... I shall obtain for you the grace of an interior life which will be such that, without ever leaving that interior life, you will be able to carry out all your external duties with even greater care. Dwell with Him continuously in your heart. He will be your strength." (#785 Diary of St. Faustina)

Mother Magdalene pointed out that this year we will have the shortest possible Advent: the 4th Sunday of Advent is Christmas Eve! So, to quote MM, "Don't wait two weeks to get serious about Advent. Get in gear right away!" --And that is as simple as inviting Jesus to dwell in your heart.
Christmas Anticipation Prayer
One simple way of keeping Jesus in your heart as you live Advent is to pray the Christmas Anticipation Prayer, also known as the St. Andrew Novena because it traditionally starts on his feast day, November 30. Whether you pray the novena, or simply murmur the prayer for its beautiful evocation of the Birth of Jesus, allow it to draw you more deeply into the Mystery of the Incarnation.
"Hail and blessed be the hour and moment in which the Son of God was born of the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight, in Bethlehem, in the piercing cold. In that hour vouchsafe, I beseech Thee, O my God, to hear my prayer and grant my desires, [here mention your request] through the merits of Our Saviour Jesus Christ, and of His Blessed Mother. Amen."
To pray the Novena: Recite the above prayer 15 times a day from November 30 to December 24.
( This was a beloved prayer of Fr. John Mary's mother and grandmother.)

"This is what MDM is called to be: a growing communion of trust in His Mercy for our needy world." ~ Fr. John Mary
MDM started encouraging people to pray "Jesus, I trust in You" ten times a day back in 2011. Recently we felt it was important to remind people to turn to Jesus with this simple, powerful prayer in a world that feels more and more out of control. We are suggesting 20 times, but some people find themselves repeating it hundreds of times. It reminds our troubled souls that GOD IS IN CONTROL.
Many of you have put your name on our growing list and have also left a prayer intention or testimony:

So glad I found your mission. I woke up at 5 am and couldn’t sleep. Had been reading earlier about the Traditional Latin Mass. Apparently left browser open on The Reverent Catholic Mass website - opened map and there you were. I live in Buda, not too too far away. Will try to come out for Mass soon! I’m very drawn to converting to Catholicism and never been to Mass - raised Baptist (baptized). Have no idea why I’m “scared”, haha. I watch Mass on YouTube (Shrine of Divine Mercy in Stockbridge, MA) so am very familiar with the Marians. I know God is reaching out to me! 😊❤️🙏. Thanks for all you do!~ Martha
Dear Jesus, I pray for your Bride, the One, Holy, Catholic, Apostolic Church. I pray for her special sons, the successors to Your first Apostles, that they may serve Her courageously as true Shepherds of the flock. ~ E. ***** For a special intention heavy on my heart.~ Anonymous *****
Dear Lord, we ask You, Who always hears us, for Bryan Guerrero's health. He is very young and suffers from cancer. May Your will be done.~Teresa
