Dear Chief Administrators,

On behalf of the officers of LASSCA, I reach out to our members with great excitement and anticipation for what lies ahead this school year for the Lasallian Association of Secondary School Chief Administrators (LASSCA). It is with joy and a deep sense of purpose that I invite you to consider joining us for our annual gathering Feb. 23-26, 2025, in Anaheim, California. This year’s theme, “New Horizons: Prayer, Pedagogy, and Practice for Lasallian Leaders,” invites us to explore and deepen the vital work we do as educators, leaders and bearers of the Lasallian mission.

Our time together in Anaheim will be an opportunity to reflect on how prayer grounds our work, how pedagogy shapes our students’ lives, and how our daily practice as leaders can transform not only our schools but also the broader communities we serve. As we gather to share insights, strategies and experiences, we are reminded that this journey is never walked alone. The Lasallian charism is one of community, mutual support and shared faith — a collective pursuit of excellence in the spirit of Saint John Baptist de La Salle. Thus, we not only look forward to your participation; we are depending on it to enrich the shared experience.

This year’s conference will bring together an inspiring array of speakers, workshops, and discussions designed to challenge and nurture you in your roles as educational leaders. The keynote speaker will be Dan Fitzpatrick, an international educational strategist who enables schools to innovate the ever-changing world of artificial intelligence. I recently had the chance to hear Dan speak at the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) Catholic Leadership Summit. I promise that he will be well received. As always, the conference will provide space for prayer, reflection, and fellowship, helping us to stay grounded in our calling while navigating our responsibilities as presidents, principals and board chairs who are deeply rooted in our mission to "teach minds and touch hearts."

We look forward to seeing you in Anaheim, where we will strengthen our bonds as a community and find renewed inspiration to lead with faith, vision and passion journeying together through another academic year.

Blessings,
