We live in a time of deep uncertainty and rapid change. Yet, within each of us—and across generations—there is wisdom, creativity, and the power to respond to today’s challenges in meaningful ways. This is not a conference; it is an opportunity to gather in person and engage in conversations that connect us. Together, we can rediscover our power to choose how we respond to our challenges. Let’s co-create a vision for the future rooted in hope, resilience, and collective strength. 

During the days of The Gathering, our Sage-ing® Leaders will facilitate conversations including many Sage-ing concepts: Mentoring Between Generations, Our Stewardship for Planet Earth as Eco-Elders & Youngers, Facing Our Mortality, Spiritual Eldering for the 21st Century, as well as other emerging topics.  

Through experiential activities, we will:

• Share our stories, insights, and vision connecting past, present, and future;

• Deepen our awareness through the power of the questions we ask;

• Create moments of ritual, reflection, movement, and inspiration to refresh the mind, body, and spirit;

• And hold space for changemakers, dreamers, and visionaries of all ages to come together to harvest our collective wisdom. 

Each day, we will spend time together as an assembled group and in smaller circles for deeper reflection. You will also have the chance to immerse yourself in the beautiful landscape surrounding Sunrise Ranch, enjoy delicious farm-to-table meals, chat with new and old friends, and savor quiet time on your own. 

About Accommodations

Sunrise Ranch accommodations have some single rooms but are primarily double occupancy and rooms within apartments.  Please note that at Sunrise Ranch, there is no elevator, and most rooms for lodging are located on the second floor.  Please note on your Sunrise Ranch reservation if you require an accessible ground-floor room.

Please take a moment and CLICK HERE to review the room options before you register for The Gathering.  This will help inform your choice for accommodations at Sunrise Ranch.  

Since the majority of rooms at Sunrise Ranch are double occupancy, you will be able to identify your desired roommate on the Sunrise Ranch Registration form.  If you do not specify a roommate, Sunrise Ranch will provide us with a list of singles, and we will assist you in making roommate arrangements.

When Sunrise Ranch has reached full occupancy, room reservations can be made at La Quinta Inn and Suites in Loveland, CO.  The hotel is a 20-minute drive and 5.5 miles from Sunrise Ranch.

About Registration

Registration is a two-step process. First, go to the Gathering Registration Page (click below).  Select the blue box, “Get Tickets,” to view the registration categories.  After you register, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to sign up for lodging and meal options.  Please note that you can take advantage of the Early Bird Registration discount until April 30th.

The number of Gathering participants is limited, so please make your commitment to join us as soon as possible.  If you have questions or wish to speak with the Planning Team, contact us at 2025-Gathering@sage-ing.org.

Limited scholarships are available. If you would like a scholarship, before registering, please contact Dave Dowling at d.dowling@sage-ing.org. Please put “Scholarship The Gathering” in the subject line, and Dave will contact you.
