HOW PLANTS SUPPORT IMMUNE HEALTH
"It's time for all of us to reconsider the notion that viruses are the sole or even the primary cause of serious viral-associated illnesses... Poor nutrition not only makes us more susceptible to viruses but significantly impacts the length and severity of an illness.”
Next month, respected physician and nutrition science expert Joel Fuhrman, MD, will join us to explain how we can naturally strengthen our immune system using whole plant foods. As variants of COVID-19 continue to cause severe illness throughout the world, we'll discuss how superior nutrition may offer us another layer of protection from the serious consequences of this virus and others. You'll learn how whole plant foods work to not only fend off cancer and viruses but protect against all causes of premature death and promote longevity.
