Looking for Peace?

COME TO THE CRÈCHE

Mary%20and%20Joseph.JPG

[Today we offer the third of four excerpts from a Message received

December 16, 2017.  ]

Jesus speaks-

My little ones that are so tired, so fed up, putting up with so many trials…come to the crèche, My little ones—and lay down your little head next to Mine, also little; surrounded by the smiles of My Mother and that of My St. Joseph, in the serenity and Peace that is present there.

Take Me in your arms [smile] with simplicity, [smile] for I want to rest and receive consolation in them.

Having Me in your arms, let Me open the fountain of tenderness in your heart, as I did with My St. Joseph on that night.

The fountain of tenderness that “softens” your hearts and lets Me mold them is the fountain of My Love in you, that springs up to give consolation to others, and to your God. The fountain of crystalline water that you can offer to assuage the terrible thirst for Love that there is in the world, and that allows Me to open these fountains of tenderness in the hearts of My other children.

This holy fountain is one of the first things that sin—and the wounds caused by one’s own sin or that of others—closes, covers, seals, or dirties, pollutes.

And once this fountain is blocked, the heart hardens more and more.

This is why I came as a Baby—a little one that could be taken in arms, to move the hearts of My children, and be able to open once again this fountain of tenderness, of My Love for you. Thus softening, preparing the ground of [your] hearts in order to receive: first, the work that My John the Baptist accomplished of opening the furrows, removing the weeds; after that be able to receive the most holy seed of My Word; and after that of My Blood.

Everything in order. [smile]

I do this in each of My children—over and over again—until I make of you a lush orchard, until I saturate you with My Blood, My Seal.

A NETWORK OF TRUST

"This is what MDM is called to be: a growing communion of trust in His Mercy for our needy world." ~ Fr. John Mary

MDM started encouraging people to pray "Jesus, I trust in You"  ten times a day back in 2011. Recently we felt it was important to remind people to turn to Jesus with this simple, powerful prayer in a world that feels more and more out of control. We are suggesting 20 times, but some people find themselves repeating it hundreds of times. It reminds our troubled souls that GOD IS IN CONTROL.

Many of you have put your name on our growing list and have also left a comment or testimony. We ask that prayer intentions be placed at Prayer Request on our website.

The thought of how easily souls can drift into eternal separation from God fills me with a terror that defies words. It’s a torment I cannot fully express, but it ignites in me an urgency to spread God’s Divine Mercy, to reach those who are deceived by such indifference. ~Jessie

At this time I definitely need prayers to Trust in Jesus… My husband needs a lung transplant, but another medical issue came up and now has to wait 5 years before being considered again for a lung transplant. Jesus, I trust in you! ~Nina

Thank you for considering making a donation in support of  MDM. Your donations go directly to the Mission of Divine Mercy Inc. which as of March 2024, is considered "not an approved Catholic apostolate of the Archdiocese of San Antonio."
