At White Pine Programs, we start every gathering by honoring local Indigenous people, acknowledging the lands' origins, and sharing gratitudes. This time of year, gratefulness intermingles in our program activities alongside the retelling of the real stories of Thanksgiving and the early pilgrims. The counting of our blessings overlays programming that deepens participants' understanding of harvest and the stores of food needed to survive a winter.

As Pineys of all ages take stock of their blessings, we count among them the lands we are privileged to access, and the individuals, businesses, organizations, and foundations which have supported and sustained our nature connection opportunities for over 20 years! As we prepare our lists for year-end letters and thank you notes, we recognize that this is so much more than just a list of generous friends and we are humbled by the diversity of support we receive.
