Teen Life
In the weeks before summer vacation, our teens were spending much of their time getting active and creative! Playing basketball and soccer, planting vegetables, and painting to their own version of Telestrations. School is out now, but the fun doesn't end simply because it's summer! While Triumph is not currently open for after school hours (M/W/F 2-5 pm), we are open throughout summer break for special programs and field trips. Teens and parents, keep an eye out for more program updates from us!
One community highlight this month was having the opportunity to watch students from MVHS's Folklorico and Mariachi program perform for Gov. Jay Inslee and Trudi Inslee.
A big thank you to Ramon Rivera and MVHS for the invitation. It was a spectacular performance and we cannot wait to see what your students do next!
Thank you to our supporters!
We are tremendously grateful to all our supporters, but this month, we want to send a very special shout out to Stacy Sides and Koinonia Church.
Thank you, Stacy Sides, for your generous donation of a picnic table for our garden. To the Board of Directors at Koinonia Church, thank you for opening your church's gym up to our teens. Our teens have never enjoyed so much basketball and pickleball in their lives!
Thank you! <3
Thank you to all our program partners as well, including Consejo Counseling, the Washington State Health Care Authority, Food Lifeline, and O.U.R. Journey. Everything we do is possible because of you!
