LOCAL MEMBER GATHERING
Halifax - April 20, 2024
Members Celia and Alan Scott hosted local members at the Westin Nova Scotian in Halifax.
Our thanks to the Universalist Unitarian Church of Halifax that recently hosted our Executive Director, Bettianne Hedges. On April 21st, Bettianne spoke in person to the gathering about humanism in Canada and specifically the development of Humanist Canada.

OFFICIANT INTAKE PROCESS
If you have been a member for at least one year, and interested in becoming a Humanist Canada officiant, please refer to the link in your member portal "Pathway to becoming an Officiant'.
We are committed to bringing engaging and productive volunteer opportunities to our members. Please see your member portal for role descriptions and the application process. If there is something you would like to do but don't see it on the list please reach out to the Executive Director. We always have opportunities for you to be engaged in smaller projects.
We are in need of members who have exceptional graphic design skills and ideally able to use Canva. We are also hoping to find a member with video editing skills. Please reach out to Bettianne if you can be of assistance.
