Victoria Seaman is a public servant and business leader whose career spans local, state, and federal service, including her recent appointment as Regional Director for Region 8 at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Prior to her federal role, she represented the residents of Ward 2 on the Las Vegas City Council, where she was re-elected in 2022 with 55% of the vote.

During her council tenure, she served on the Debt Committee, Yucca Mountain Nuclear Repository Committee, Southern Nevada Water Authority (Alt), Recommending Committee, and chaired the Audit Committee. She also served as an advisor to Chamberlain University, Friends of Parkinson’s, and the American Melanoma Institute.

Before joining the City Council, Seaman served in the Nevada State Legislature representing Assembly District 34, where she was Southern Majority Whip and Vice Chair of Commerce and Labor. She also served on Judiciary and Legislative Operations and chaired the HOA Subcommittee.

She holds an associate degree in Political Science from the College of Southern Nevada and a Bachelor of Science in Urban Studies with a minor in Family Studies from UNLV, where she was inducted into the Urban Studies Honor Society.

Throughout her public service, Seaman has championed lower taxes, reduced regulations for small businesses, senior guardianship protections, human rights, mental health and addiction issues, and animal welfare. Her extensive volunteer work has earned recognition from the International Christian Academy, Friends of Parkinson’s, Foundation for Recovery, and Marsy’s Law.

Before entering elected office, Seaman built a successful 26-year career as an entrepreneur, founding and selling day spas and creating luxury skincare product lines in both California and Nevada. She is licensed in Nevada in real estate and business brokerage, and in California as an aesthetician, and remains passionate about business innovation.

Victoria enjoys Pilates, biking, and entertaining. She and her husband share three daughters and a love for their five beloved dogs—Pierre, Coco, Jacque, Blu Theo, and Louis.
