ACTIVISM

HELP SUPPORT THE LINE 3 RESISTANCE CAMPAIGN IN MINNESOTA:

stop%20line%203.PNG

Indigenous peoples and allies are defending territorial rights and the rights of nature to flourish amidst threats posed by the Enbridge Line 3 Pipeline.

Unitarian Universalists, including UU Young Adults for Climate Justice, UU Justice Arizona, and UU College of Social Justice staff, are planning for on-the-ground action and remote support in solidarity with Water Protectors on the LIne 3 frontlines, July 26-August 1.

Keep informed by following stopline3.org, Minnesota Interfaith Power and Light, the Indigenous Environmental Network and Winona LaDuke’s Honor the Earth.

You can add your voice to defund Line 3! It’s not too late!
Sign on to UUSC’s letter telling Biden to Stop Line 3 Pipeline. It just takes a minute!

Then, check out other  actions to take with Stop the Money Pipeline, one of UUMFE’s partners. On July 22nd, Enbridge’s three major bank loans, worth nearly $5 billion, are due for renewal. Megabanks like Wells Fargo, Chase and Citibank have a big decision ahead of them: walk away from Enbridge or renew their loans and keep funding Line 3. Use your activist power to help get investments out of pipelines and into just solutions!!
