Extracting the Venom of Satan
I See All Your Wounds

IMG_7787%20ADJ.jpg

Emblem for Tepeyac Cross

Excerpt from Message of May 21, 2024
Strength from a New Pentecost

Our Blessed Mother speaks:

My children, little ones of My Heart, I see all your wounds, none of them pass unnoticed.  Just as I washed and kissed each of My Jesus’ Wounds, so I do with you – kissing to console and to extract the venom that Satan in his envy has injected into you with all his machinations and deceits.

I cleanse your wounds with My tears, I cover them with My Love, I take possession of them and I offer them to the Father, together with the Sacred Wounds of My Jesus.

All the wounds caused by pain and disobedience, and the envy of Satan – together with the Most Pure and Holy Wounds of My Jesus, of the Immaculate, Innocent Lamb, Immolated out of Love.  The Ones to be reparation for the others.

Look at the Wounds of My Jesus, the ones He carries in His Most Holy Body and the ones that have lacerated His Heart; and that live reflected in My Heart.

Do not forget them, children.

Let them give you HOPE AND FORTITUDE.

The certain HOPE of the incommensurable Love of God for His creatures – for each of them.

A New Heart for Tepeyac Cross

IMG_7790%20ADJ.jpeg

The large Cross on Tepeyac Hill has been patiently waiting for its permanent heart. Tim Sutherland (4th from left), artist and friend of the Mission, has fashioned  a 3-D rendering of MDM's Emblem to replace the temporary version which has been in place since the Cross was erected last August.

Unlike the temporary heart, the new permanent Emblem also has a reverse side, effectively "wrapping" the Cross. Tim Sutherland (r) shows Steve Magdich how the two sides interlock.

God willing, we will have photos for you next week of the Emblem in its permanent location on Tepeyac. But first we wanted you to see a closeup of Tim's artistic endeavor.

This coming week the Church celebrates

St. Patrick's Day- Monday, March 17
and

The Feast of St. Joseph, Spouse of Mary  Wednesday, March 19

A  Workhorse Golf Cart for the Sisters!

IMG_7733.jpeg

Father John Mary blesses the Sisters' new golf cart.

We want to thank a friend of the Mission ( who wishes to remain anonymous) for his generosity in purchasing a golf cart for the Sisters.  This helps them to make the many daily short trips around the Mission that would be so detrimental to their cars over time.

*****

Golf carts get a lot of use at the Mission.  They transport people from parking lot to Chapel, are used for Mission tours and staff errands. Dave Sommers, who has become a very experienced golf cart mechanic, said that after scavenging them for potential spare parts, three old golf carts were just hauled off to the golf cart graveyard.

A NETWORK OF TRUST

"This is what MDM is called to be: a growing communion of trust in His Mercy for our needy world." ~ Fr. John Mary

MDM started encouraging people to pray "Jesus, I trust in You"  ten times a day back in 2011. Recently we felt it was important to remind people to turn to Jesus with this simple, powerful prayer in a world that feels more and more out of control. We are suggesting 20 times, but some people find themselves repeating it hundreds of times. It reminds our troubled souls that GOD IS IN CONTROL.

Many of you have put your name on our growing list and have also left a comment or testimony. We ask that prayer intentions be placed at Prayer Request on our website.

"I heard these words spoken distinctly and forcefully within my soul: 'You will prepare the world for My final coming'." (Diary of Saint Faustina # 429) I have no doubt in my heart and soul that The Mission of Divine Mercy is an integral part of God's plan. ~Joseph

Fr. John Mary, thank you for what you are doing. For your "Yes" to Jesus and Mama Mary. I pray that one day not far away, I can come to your divine mission and attend one of your holy Masses. Please pray for my nephew. He is still saying "No" to Our Lord and I know that he has a calling! We love you Father!!! ~ Anonymous

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Father Juan María, Sister Amapola and every member of the Divine Mercy Mission, for their courageous apostolate that sustains us spiritually. The statement of Saint John Paul II is not gratuitous nor coincidental: “THE DIVINE MERCY WILL BE OUR LAST OPPORTUNITY.” JESUS, I TRUST IN YOU! ~ Pilar

Lord, may your Holy Will be done, which is always better than what we can ask for. At Your Feet, Lord, is Ecuador. On Sunday, February 9, there will be an electoral process. Let us look only to You while we repeat: “JESUS, I TRUST IN YOU!” with the certainty that Our Mother holds us in the cross of Her arms, in the hollow of Her cloak, as She assured Saint Juan Diego. Thank you, Father Juan María and the MDM community, for being privileged instruments of the Good God who courageously weave this network of trust, calling us to Truth and Goodness. ~ Pilar

COMMUNITY%20SUPPORT.jpg

Thank you for considering making a donation in support of  MDM. Your donations go directly to the Mission of Divine Mercy Inc. which as of March 2024, is considered "not an approved Catholic apostolate of the Archdiocese of San Antonio." The Mission has no regular source of income.  Every bit of support comes from people like you; people who God introduces to the Mission.  We try to steward your money wisely and make each dollar work hard for Him and for His people.
